By downloading, installing, or using Quick Resume ("the Application"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please uninstall the Application.

IAM_DEV grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Quick Resume on Windows devices that you own or control, subject to these terms and Microsoft Store usage rules.

You may use Quick Resume to create, edit, and export resumes for personal or professional job-seeking purposes. You may not:

Quick Resume includes optional AI-powered features that connect to third-party AI providers using your own API credentials. Use of these features is subject to the terms and conditions of your chosen AI provider. IAM_DEV is not responsible for the output produced by third-party AI services.

5. Your Content

All resume content you create belongs to you. IAM_DEV has no access to your content. You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of information you include in your resumes.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Quick Resume is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. IAM_DEV does not guarantee that the Application will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for your specific purpose.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IAM_DEV shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Application.

8. Updates

IAM_DEV may release updates to the Application through Microsoft Store. Continued use of the Application after an update constitutes acceptance of any revised terms included with that update.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the jurisdiction where IAM_DEV operates.
